Martinique is the home of rhum agricole, the only rum in the world with a controlled designation of origin, AOC. Made from fresh sugarcane juice, it has a vegetal, floral and fruity profile. White rhums are perfect for the Ti' Punch, while those aged in oak are refined sipping spirits.
