Champagne Extra Brut

Extra Brut is a Champagne with a very low dosage, between 0 and 6 grams of sugar per litre. Drier than Brut, it keeps freshness and precision with a slight roundness. It is the style chosen by many growers to showcase terroir: ideal with the whole meal, with fish, shellfish, white meat and hard cheeses.
