Franciacorta Satèn

Satèn is a style exclusive to Franciacorta: a Blanc de Blancs from Chardonnay, with up to 50% Pinot Bianco, always Brut and with lower pressure than other sparkling wines. The result is a creamy, silky mousse, hence the name, with notes of white flowers, citrus and almond. Elegant and delicate, perfect with fish.
