Amaro Il Cerro Tarasacum Amaro di Romagna cl.50 is an elegant and refined artisanal bitter liqueur, an authentic expression of Distilleria Il Cerro and the hills of Saludecio, in Romagna. Obtained from the infusion of dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) and other selected botanicals, it stands out for its complex and balanced aromatic profile, which combines Romagna herbal tradition with a quest for quality.

Visually, it presents a bright golden or amber color, due to the natural infusion of botanicals. The nose offers an intense and aromatic bouquet, with notes of bitter herbs, dandelion flowers, citrus, delicate spices, and a light vegetal nuance, enriched by hints of honey and roots. On the palate, it is soft and balanced, with a pleasant and persistent bitter taste that reveals a fresh and aromatic aftertaste, marked by herbaceous and floral nuances and a delicate citrus note.

Perfect as a digestif after a meal, it also pairs well with chocolate desserts, dry biscuits, or as a base for innovative cocktails. Recommended serving temperature: 10–14°C, well chilled, to best enhance its aromatic complexity.
